You’ll learn how to make classic favorites like gimbap and tteokbokki, while exploring the bold flavors that make Korean street food so popular. In collaboration with Ruma's HiWings, Owner/Chef Juwon Lee will demonstrate how to create perfectly crispy Korean fried chicken wings and nuggets. Enjoy tasting these freshly made favorites during the workshop as part of the experience.
